KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
1.Employee Relations Management: Develop andimplement employee relations strategies policies and procedures topromote a positive work culture. Serve as the primary point ofcontact for employee relations matters providing guidance andsupport to employees and managers on HR policies procedures andbest practices. Conduct investigations into employee complaintsgrievances and conflicts ensuring timely resolution and adherenceto company policies and legal requirements. Mediate and facilitatediscussions between employees and management to resolve conflictsand promote effective communication.
2. Policy Development andCompliance: Stay uptodate with relevant employment lawsand regulations ensuring company policies and practices arecompliant. Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to addresscomplex employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies procedures andprograms to support a fair and inclusive workenvironment.
3.Performance Management: Support managers in theperformance management process including coaching counseling anddisciplinary actions when necessary. Provide guidance and trainingto managers on conducting effective performance reviews goalsetting and feedback sessions.
4. Employee Engagement and Communication: Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement morale andretention.Organize and facilitate employee recognition programsevents and activities. Foster open communication channels betweenemployees and management encouraging feedback anddialogue.
5. Trainingand Development: Identify training needs and developprograms to enhance employee skills and competencies. Coordinateand deliver training sessions on HR policies procedures andcompliance topics. Support career development initiatives andsuccession planning efforts within the organization.
6. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related toemployee relations matters. Prepare reports and analytics onemployee relations metrics and trends.Assist with other HRfunctions such as recruitment on boarding and benefitsadministration as needed.
