Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HRLeadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies inalignment with organizational goals.
Provide strategicguidance and support to senior management on HRrelatedmatters.
Drive initiatives to enhance organizationaleffectiveness and employee engagement.
Revamping HRprocess and policies and implement revised KPI and KRAaccordingly. 2.Change Management:
Design implement and maintain HRISsoftware to meet organizational needs.
Lead HRinitiatives related to organizational change mergers andacquisitions.
Support leadership in managing transitionsand fostering a culture of resilience.
Developing andimplementing new processes and systems for efficient HRmanagement. 3.Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee therecruitment process ensuring the attraction and retention of toptalent.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to meetstaffing needs.
Implement performance management systemsto assess and develop employee skills. 4. Employee Relations andEngagement:
Foster a positive work environment througheffective employee relations initiatives. Lead employee engagement efforts including recognition programsfeedback mechanisms and communication strategies.
Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and fairmanner. 5. HROperations and Compliance:
Framing and maintainingdocuments in terms of SOP JD and other framework policiesetc.
Oversee HR operations including payroll benefitsadministration and HRIS management.
Ensure compliancewith all labor laws regulations and hospital policies.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy andintegrity. 6.Learning and Development:
Identify training anddevelopment needs to support employee growth and careerprogression.
Implementing skill basedtraining.
Collaborate with department heads to designand deliver training programs.
Monitor and evaluatetraining effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
