Greetings from Randstad Key Responsibilities:
The Regional HR Headwill be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within thedesignated region
of operations for our bigbasket. Thisrole involves strategic planning talent acquisitionemployee
relations performance management training anddevelopment and ensuring compliance with
relevantemployment laws and regulations.
1. Strategic HRPlanning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with thecompanys overall
objectives and growth plans.
2. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for the regionincluding sourcing screening
interviewing and selectingqualified candidates for various positions. Collaborate with hiringmanagers
to ensure timely and effectiverecruitment.
3. Employee Relations: Foster positiveemployee relations by addressing grievances conflictsand
disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement
andsatisfaction.
4. Performance Management: Develop andimplement performance management systems to monitor
employee performance provide feedback and support professionaldevelopment. Conduct regular
performance evaluations andfacilitate goalsetting processes.
5. Training andDevelopment: Identify training needs within the region andcoordinate training
programs to enhance employee skillsand competencies. Support career development initiativesand
succession planning efforts.
6. HRCompliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment lawsregulations and company
policies. Stay updated on legaldevelopments and industry best practices to mitigate risks andmaintain
a positive work environment.
7. HRMetrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to track keymetrics such as turnover rates
employee satisfaction andworkforce demographics. Prepare reports and presentations forsenior
management to inform decisionmaking.
8. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with otherdepartments to support organizational goals
andinitiatives. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders indriving organizational effectiveness and
performance. Qualifications:
Postgraduate or Masters degree in Human Resources or relatedfield.
15 years of experience in HR leadership rolespreferably in the Ecommerce Retail FMCG
Logistics or SCMindustry.
Indepth knowledge of HR principles practicesand regulations.
Strong leadership skills with theability to effectively manage and develop a team.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiationskills.
Strategic thinking and problemsolvingabilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment and adapt to changing priorities.
