Responsibilities:

  • Handle and take the ownership of HR queries fromdifferent regions providing employees and people leaders withtimely and accurate resolutions on a wide range of HRtopics.
  • Serve as primary point of contact andperform actions to enable HR business processes while ensuringcontinuous feedback to the requestors.
  • Engagewith employees through digital channels like ServiceNow (SNOW) andphone offerings serving as the face of HR within theorganization.
  • Navigate challengingconversations and handle emotional situations when addressingsensitive HR matters and concerns raised by employees.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree
  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages:Portuguese Chinese
  • Flexible to work indifferent time Zones.
  • Experience collaboratingin a multicultural workplace with colleagues from diverse culturalbackgrounds
  • Outstanding communication andlistening skills to clearly convey information and actively listento employees queries
  • Excellent problemsolvingskills to assess HRrelated issues and provide effective solutionsto employees
  • Ability to quickly adapt tosystems and tools to address employee inquiries
  • A minimum of 3 years experience with customer or employeefacing positions
  • Living within a maximumonehour commuting distance from our Mumbai office
