- Recruitlead and develop a talented team of People Science Consultantsfostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment wherecontinuous learning and growth areprioritized.
- Conduct regular performancereviews and implement personalized development plans to help teammembers reach their full potential.
- Empower anddelegate tasks effectively promoting professional ownership andaccountability within theteam.
AdvisoryServicesExcellence:
- Overseethe development and delivery of highquality employee engagementadvisory services ensuring they are tailored to client needs anddeliver measurable results.
- Stay at theforefront of the industry by identifying and integrating emergingtrends and best practices into your serviceofferings.
- Develop and maintain thoughtleadership content to showcase expertise and attract potentialclients.
ClientRelationshipManagement:
- Buildand maintain strong collaborative relationships with key clientsactively listening to their needs andconcerns.
- Tailor and present consultingsolutions that demonstrably address client challenges and drivestrategic objectives.
- Be the account managerfor key large strategic accounts maintaining relationship andrapport with client senior leadershipteam
- Ensure exceptional client satisfactionthrough clear communication proactive problemsolving and timelydelivery ofservices.
SalesSupport and BusinessDevelopment:
- Collaborateclosely with the sales team to identify and qualify newopportunities for expanding employee engagementsolutions
- Provide strategic input for proposaldevelopment and actively participate in client presentations tosecure new business.
- Contribute to thedevelopment of client success stories and case studies to showcasethe impact of yourservices.
IntellectualProperty (IP) DevelopmentCollaboration:
- Partnerwith the product development team to identify synergies betweenconsulting services and productofferings.
- Leverage insights from clientinteractions to inform the development of proprietary toolsmethodologies and frameworks that enhance service delivery andvalue forclients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology ora related field.
- 8 years of experience inemployee engagement consulting or Human capital consulting
- Proven track record of delivering impactfulconsulting solutions for clients.
- Strongleadership and team management skills with experience in coachingand development.
- Excellent communicationinterpersonal and presentationskills.
- Strategic thinking and analyticalabilities.
- Ability to stay current on industrytrends and best practices.
- Passion for employeeengagement and its role in driving organizationalsuccess.
