About the role :
We're seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to architect and optimize our entire revenue engine. You'll be the strategic force behind our sales and marketing operations, designing systems and processes that fuel our rapid growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence our revenue trajectory while building scalable foundations for the future.
Key Responsibilities :
CRM & Systems Management
Lead CRM and sales tools configuration, customization, and optimization
Build and maintain automated workflows, lead scoring, and nurture sequences
Integrate and manage our tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools)
Ensure data integrity and implement governance protocols
Lead Operations & Funnel Optimization
Design and optimize lead routing and assignment rules to SDRs and AEs
Analyze and improve conversion rates across all funnel stages
Implement A/B testing frameworks for process optimization
Create dashboards and reporting for sales and marketing performance
Process Automation & Efficiency
Identify bottlenecks and implement automation solutions
Build workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve team productivity
Develop standardized processes for lead qualification and handoffs
Create and maintain sales playbooks and documentation
Analytics & Insights
Generate actionable insights from revenue data and customer behavior
Build executive-level reporting and dashboards
Conduct pipeline analysis and provide recommendations for growth
Track ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
Requirements :
Experience & Background
5+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience
Proven track record in a high-growth SaaS or tech startup environment
Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Background in B2B sales processes and marketing automation
Technical Skills
Expert-level proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling
Experience with API integrations and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Basic understanding of SQL for data queries and reporting
Strategic & Soft Skills
Strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into operational processes
Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executive leadership
Data-driven decision maker with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
