Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at ExbiSys. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and negotiating contracts. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of business plans.

Qualifications

- Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships- Developing and implementing growth strategies- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and in a remote setting- Experience in the IT industry is must- Bachelor's degree in Computer or IT is preferred

Should be comfortable working in US EST timezone. (India night shifts)

Experience with upworks and other free lancing platforms.
