Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the medical billing industry.- Team Management: Lead and mentor the outreach team, providing guidance on calls, client engagement, and follow-ups.- KPI Development: Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business development team and ensure their achievement.- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients in the US healthcare sector, focusing on medical billing services.- Process Optimization: Streamline outreach and client onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and target audience to refine outreach and service strategies.- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to service implementation.- Reporting: Monitor and report team performance, client acquisition metrics, and revenue growth to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or management within the US healthcare or medical billing sector.- Strong understanding of medical billing processes and US healthcare provider dynamics.- Ability to create and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and team success.- Experience in setting and achieving KPIs for outreach or sales teams.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
