Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (IT) to expand our client base and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in IT and digital marketing services.
- Identify and establish relationships with prospective clients across industries.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and align solutions with Webello’s offerings.
- Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client goals and ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote retention and repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT or digital marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, digital marketing strategies, and web development trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
