Job Title: HR Compliance & Payroll Executive / Specialist
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. Acts as the key point of contact for labor law adherence, audits, and payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, TDS, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
- Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and tax filings.
- Keep up-to-date with labor law amendments and ensure implementation.
- Support the HR team with compliance documentation, contracts, and policies.
- Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll disbursements and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in payroll & HR compliance.
- Knowledge of payroll software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws & statutory compliance.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical skills.
