Role Description
We are seeking a personable and customer-focused Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team full-time in Vadodara. This job requires to be physically present in the office. In this role, you will focus on building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients rather than pushing hard sales. You will work closely with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored AI solutions to support their growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and driving business growth through meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with SMEs and mid-sized businesses to introduce PredictForce’s AI solutions.
Engage with potential clients through relationship-driven outreach, listening to their needs and helping them understand how AI can support their business.
Represent PredictForce at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
Help clients navigate the buying process with a consultative approach, offering solutions that address their business challenges.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution implementation.
Meet business growth targets while focusing on the long-term success and satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications:
Relationship Building: Strong ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Customer-Centric: A natural people-person who enjoys helping others and has a customer-first attitude.
Consultative Approach: Experience in understanding client needs and recommending solutions based on those needs, without a pushy sales approach.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can engage a variety of clients.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, account management, or customer service.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Excited about working in a dynamic, startup environment with a focus on growth and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in relationship-based sales, customer service, or account management.
Experience working with SMEs or in the technology industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
