: BengaluruExperience : 5+ years in institutional sales, with a focus on the automotive and fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Management:- Target and engage potential institutional clients like FMCG startups, leasing firms, and investment companies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

3. Product Expertise:- Demonstrate deep knowledge of automotive products and leasing.- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market needs.

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure:- Negotiate terms and close deals with institutional clients.- Manage the entire deal lifecycle.

5. Client Support & Relationship Building:- Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.- Act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term client relationships.

6. Reporting & Analysis:- Monitor sales performance and provide revenue forecasts.- Analyze trends and refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Sales, or Marketing; MBA preferred.- Experience: 5+ years in institutional sales, with a focus on the automotive and fintech sectors.- Skills: Strong understanding of automotive sales finance, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.- Personal Attributes: Strategic, client-focused, self-motivated, and well-organized.
