Enterprise Sales Director

Our client is seeking a visionary leader, strategic thinker, and demonstrated team-builder. As an Enterprise Sales Director (SaaS), you will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading multiple sales teams. You should excel in working with large-scale enterprise clients, have outstanding communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills, and a proven track record in SaaS sales.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targetsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share in the SaaS industryOversee the development and execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and programsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholdersCollaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growthMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsConduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching and mentorship to sales teamsManage and optimize sales budgets and resourcesStay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a sales management roleProven expertise in enterprise sales, particularly in the SaaS industryExtensive experience with CRM software and sales automation toolsStrong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead strategic initiativesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
