Role Overview
As
Content and Communications Strategist
, you will shape and amplify the brand voice of futureMBBS, crafting messages that resonate with aspiring medical students and their families. Your mission? Articulate the brand's value—world-class education, trust, affordability, and unwavering support—across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Storytelling
- Lead communications that narrate futureMBBS's unique value: a seamless pathway to MBBS in Europe, comprehensive support from application to arrival, strong academic partnerships, and enduring post-admission assistance.
- Content Development & Oversight
- Drive content creation across digital platforms—website pages, application portal guides, FAQs, blogs, and social content—ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with brand values.
- Website & Portal Strategy
- Structure and refine key user journeys—like "How it Works," "Universities," "Packages," "Apply," and "FAQ"—to enhance user experience and conversion across the futureMBBS platform and application portal.
- Scriptwriting & Campaign Messaging
- Develop engaging scripts for webinars, career guidance sessions, testimonial videos, and founder interviews (e.g., stories of Andreas and Amandeep or the "Become a Doctor" narrative).
- Marketing & Collateral Creation
- Oversee production of engaging brochures, presentations, and promotional materials that highlight key selling points such as NMC recognition, cost transparency, and a supportive student network.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership, student counsellors, platform developers, and university partners to ensure aligned messaging across campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Performance Analysis & Optimisation
- Track content performance—website engagement, conversion metrics, downloads, applications—and iterate messaging for maximum impact.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic communication, content design, or marketing.
- Exceptional storytelling ability—able to distill complex educational processes into engaging narratives.
- Skilled in web copywriting, campaign writing, and digital content optimisation.
- Familiarity with education marketing, SEO, and student acquisition trends.
- Collaborative mindset with strong project management skills.
- Creative, strategic, and empathetic—capable of telling stories that inspire trust.
