What You'll Own

As the Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for shaping the voice, tone, and visual

storytelling of Scrubsy across all touchpoints — from Meta Ads to Amazon listings to

Instagram collabs.

1. Performance Content

  • Build content frameworks for Meta & Google Ads

  • Partner with media buying & growth team to test hooks, angles, and formats for

CTR/ROAS uplift

  • Plan and lead shoots, ensuring all outputs map to the performance content calendar

2. Influencer & UGC

  • Own the influencer content strategy — from brief creation to final content QC

  • Identify relevant creators and build ongoing relationships

  • Guide creators on the Scrubsy voice, tone, and content style

  • Lead organic social content creation for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant

platforms, aligning with monthly themes and trending formats.

3. Organic & Platform Content

  • Oversee all content going live on platforms like Amazon, Scrubsy's D2C site, and

marketplaces

  • Ensure A+ content, product images, titles, and listings are fully optimized for SEO +

conversions

  • Collaborate with design & growth to maintain consistency across brand assets

4. Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Growth, Design, and Product teams to align content with monthly

business priorities

  • Create monthly content calendars and lead all stakeholders toward timely execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
