About the Role

We are looking for a 
Content Strategist
 who can craft engaging narratives, design content frameworks, and drive campaigns that resonate with today's digital-first audience. The ideal candidate is a cultural observer who understands how to connect with different communities online, especially Gen Z, and can turn insights into creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audience Understanding & Research
  • Identify audience behaviours, interests, and digital trends to shape content that feels authentic and relevant.
  • Stay ahead of cultural shifts, with an ability to decode how younger audiences (Gen Z) engage with brands and stories.
  • Content Strategy & Ideation
  • Develop content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and storytelling formats across platforms.
  • Generate innovative ideas that can spark conversations and build community.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video creators to deliver high-quality content.
  • Platform Expertise
  • Build strategies tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Experiment with different formats—memes, interactive content, short-form video, blogs, and more.
  • Execution & Performance
  • Oversee end-to-end rollout of content across digital channels.
  • Track performance metrics, optimise strategies, and ensure campaigns meet engagement goals.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of online culture and digital communication.
  • Knowledge of Gen Z trends, internet humor, and short-form storytelling is a plus.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
