**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a versatile and experienced Content & Brand Strategist to join our team. This role will be a blend of creative strategy and brand development, where you will help define and communicate our brand’s story, voice, and identity across all platforms. You will collaborate with various teams to create engaging content strategies and implement them to foster brand loyalty, drive engagement, and contribute to overall business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute long-term and short-term brand strategies that align with company objectives and target audiences.
- Work closely with senior leadership to refine brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all internal and external communication.
- **Content Strategy & Creation**:

- Lead the development and implementation of content strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Create compelling written and visual content that tells the brand’s story and resonates with our target audiences.
- Oversee editorial calendars, content creation, and content distribution to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
- **Brand Storytelling**:

- Craft and maintain the brand’s narrative and key messaging frameworks, ensuring it resonates across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to create impactful visual and written content.
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop integrated marketing and brand campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand message is effectively communicated through each campaign.
- Analyze content and campaign performance to optimize future strategies and ensure KPIs are met.
- **Market & Audience Research**:

- Conduct research to understand audience needs, trends, and competitor landscape.
- Use insights to create content and brand strategies that engage and convert target audiences.
- **Content Performance Analysis**:

- Track and measure the effectiveness of content and brand campaigns using analytics tools.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights and audience feedback to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- **Collaboration & Leadership**:

- Partner with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand strategy and cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Lead content brainstorming sessions, creative workshops, and brand planning initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 3-7 years of experience in content strategy, brand strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful brand campaigns and content creation.
- **Skills & Expertise**:

- Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and storytelling.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with an ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret content performance metrics.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality content.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B or B2C brand development.
- Familiarity with content analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Experience with video content strategy and production.
- Knowledge of paid media campaigns and digital advertising strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
