**Position Overview**:
As a Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the content strategy for Neitri. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive and compelling narrative that resonates with our target audience, drives brand loyalty, and enhances our market positioning. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury fashion, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision, values, and business objectives.
- Identify target audience segments and create tailored content strategies to engage each segment effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform content planning and innovation.

2. Content Creation & Curation:

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually stunning content that reflects the luxury positioning of the brand.
- Curate content that showcases the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to sustainability.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, PR, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure content is aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Partner with external agencies and influencers to amplify content reach and impact.

4. Content Performance & Optimization:

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize content strategy.
- Continuously refine content based on data-driven insights and feedback to improve effectiveness and achieve business goals.

5. Brand Storytelling:

- Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with luxury consumers and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

6. Innovation & Trend Awareness:

- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to keep the brand at the forefront of luxury fashion communication.
- Experiment with new content ideas and formats to drive innovation and engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, preferably within the luxury fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and the unique needs of high-end consumers.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with, social media platforms, and data analytics.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand vision into impactful content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
