**Key Responsibilities**

We're looking for a Content Strategist with 1-3 years of experience to support our business development efforts through clear, purposeful, and well-structured content. The role involves working on everything from outreach communication and case studies to SEO-driven content and capability decks. This is a writing-intensive role focused on business growth, positioning, and strategy, best suited for someone who understands how content can influence decision-making in a B2B setup.
- Work closely with theBD team to align content with lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Research industry trends, client segments, and competitors to shape relevant and targeted content.
- Plan and execute SEO-driven content strategies to improve discoverability and engagement.
- Maintain consistency in voice,tone, and messaging across all communication.
- Measure content performance and iterate based on engagement and conversion insights.
- Job Requirements
- Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- 1-3 years of experience in a content strategy or writing role, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and ability to implementthem across various content formats.
- Experience creating structured, business-aligned contentfor websites, presentations, and campaigns.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functionalteams includingBD, design, and outreach.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
