We are looking for a Content Marketer cum Writer with good knowledge of SEO and B2B Marketing. You will manage and create content for multiple digital channels, ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our overall business goals. This role requires someone who can write for conversion and as use his/her knowledge of SEO and digital marketing to distribute that content across the digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation on topics of SEO, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing - Create indepth blogs on SEO and other search marketing topics. Display your authority on marketing and SEO through these articles. - High-Quality Writing For Full Funnel: Write and test high-impact copy for homepages, product pages, CTAs, sales pages, and pillar articles. - Content Refresh: Manage the content lifecycle by regularly updating and optimizing existing high-performing articles to maintain ranking authority. - Own the SEO content strategy to drive organic traffic, engagement, and conversion across landing pages, blogs, and resource hubs. - Partner with designers and developers: Once content is created, make sure to ship search-friendly, high-converting web pages. - Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics (CTR, bounce rate, dwell time, and conversions) and iterate copy based on deep, data-driven insights. Web Copy Finalization: Finalize and QA compelling on-page copy elements (headlines, meta descriptions, image alt-text) to maximize organic CTR and accessibility. High-Level Editing & QA: Review and edit content provided by external writers or SMEs to ensure SEO best practices are enforced, technical accuracy is maintained, and the content aligns with the strategic brief. 2. SEO Strategy & Technical Coordination - Keyword Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential topics, map keywords to the buyer journey, and classify search intent (informational, commercial, navigational). - On-Page & Content Optimization: Own all aspects of on-page SEO, including optimizing article structure, ensuring seamless keyword integration, managing internal linking architecture, and optimizing title tags and meta descriptions. - Content Gap Analysis: Systematically analyze competitor content to identify and prioritize gaps where we can gain topical authority and search share. - Performance Monitoring: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, visibility) using Google Search Console and common SEO toolsets (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush). - Technical Coordination: Act as the liaison with the Web Development team to flag fundamental technical SEO issues (e.g., indexing errors, broken links, speed issues) and prioritize fixes. - (Note: This is coordination, not deep hands-on technical ownership). 3. Content marketing across the full funnel Finally, ensure that the strategy and content created is executed through the full marketing funnel. Work with developers and designers to publish website pages, work with social media team to make sure all content is published on time, work with video team to make sure all videos are being published and optimised 100%. Make sure that every blog published is distributed across channels. Own the whole journey of content-driven organic growth. Requirements - 35 years of experience in Writing about SEO and Digital Marketing . Solid understanding of core SEO/Digital Marketing principles, preferably with experience in B2B sector. Preferred: Experience in creating content for demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing (B2B SaaS preferred) - Strong Content Writing skills with a strong portfolio of published content, blogs, landing pages and website content. Proven track record of improving conversion rates (CRO) or increasing engagement through copy optimization and A/B testing. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), heatmaps (Hotjar), and A/B testing platforms. Excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and core marketing teams. Excellent Communication Skills with Good English Speaking Skills.
