About the Role: We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and forward-thinking Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and boost ROI. You'll collaborate across departments to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies (digital & traditional) that support business objectives - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities - Plan and execute SEO & SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic - Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Drive lead generation efforts across multiple channels, focusing on quality over quantity - Analyze marketing data (campaign performance, web analytics, lead conversion, etc.) and use insights to optimize performance - Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create impactful campaigns and assets - Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role - Hands-on experience with SEO & SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) - Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms - Strong research and analytical skills - Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing - Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) Bonus Points: - Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems - Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) - Previous work in B2B or SaaS environments
