What You'll Do

  • Content Calendar Boss
  • Own and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

  • Plan content around product drops, café launches, seasonal campaigns, collabs, and cultural moments.

  • Creative Ideation & Execution

  • Dream up fresh, thumb-stopping content ideas that feel true to FES's quirky, community-first tonality.

  • Collaborate with founders, community manager, graphics team on scripts, concepts, storytelling and editing.

Shoot Production & Direction

  • Plan and execute all content shoots (food, café lifestyle, community events).
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and agency partners.

  • Be hands-on yourself, we love people who can shoot, edit, and create engaging content
    right on their phone
    when inspiration strikes.

  • Publishing & Engagement

  • Handle daily postings across channels as per calendar.

  • Work with community manager to drive engagement, UGC, and on-ground integration.
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Track performance of posts, stories, reels and refine strategy for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Share insights with the team for campaign planning.
  • What We're Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    social media content / brand storytelling
    (F&B, D2C, lifestyle, or youth brands preferred).
  • A natural storyteller who can balance
    quirky + community + brand discipline.
  • Strong understanding of
    Instagram trends, content formats, and Gen Z culture.
  • Experience managing
    end-to-end shoots
    (from concept → execution → edits).
  • Bonus if you're the kind of person who always has their phone out — capturing, editing, and posting content that feels instant and authentic.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Someone who lives and breathes content — scrolling, saving, and spotting the next big trend before it breaks.
