Job Description – Business Development Manager (Mohali)
Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Regional Head / Business Head
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Mohali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and premium clients.
- Present company products (Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes) effectively, highlighting customization, quality, and premium value.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to generate leads and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely project closure.
- Coordinate with design and project execution teams for smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client meetings, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums in the region.
Key Requirements
- Graduate / MBA preferred, with 4–8 years of experience in sales/business development (interior, real estate, luxury retail, or related industry).
- Strong local network with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients in Mohali/Chandigarh region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally as per business needs.
