Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) Sales

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and promoting our range of digital services. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned locations.- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

  2. Client Acquisition:- Present and demonstrate Services digital marketing, software development, and website development services to prospective clients.- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.

  3. Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.- Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

  4. Target Achievement:- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Monitor and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

  5. Market Analysis:- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.- Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and sales strategies.

  6. Documentation and Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, software

development, or website development.

Skills:- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong understanding of digital marketing, software development, and website development

services.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable
