Summary:
As a Business Development/Sales Manager at Hashtag Inc., you will drive the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building profitable relationships with new and existing clients. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of digital marketing landscapes and excellent negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients in diverse industries, initiating contact and developing interest in our services.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor with an understanding of client business needs and objectives.
Sales Strategies: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand client base, including upselling and cross-selling.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to ensure client goals are met and campaigns are successfully delivered.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive environments to inform strategic decisions and maintain agency competitiveness.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to forecast trends and achieve sales targets.
Client Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
Feedback and Improvement: Solicit client feedback to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales within a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with expertise in handling multiple client engagements and prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines.
Problem Solving: Proven track record in problem-solving and creative strategy development in business settings.
