Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative graduates and MBA students to join our team as Digital Marketing Interns. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, work with industry experts, and make a real impact on our online presence and brand growth. Working Hours:
-              Monday to Friday
-              Flexible hours based on project needs
Stipend:
-              Competitive stipend with additional incentives based on performance.
Responsibilities:
-              Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
-              Manage and update the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
-              Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and the company website.
-              Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
-              Assist in SEO efforts, including keyword research and optimization.
-              Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
-              Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance analysis.
-              Help design and execute online advertisements (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
-              Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets (graphics, videos, infographics).
-              Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
-              Perform other related tasks in digital marketing as required.
Requirements:
-              Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA candidates preferred.
-              Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
-              Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
-              Strong writing and content creation skills.
-              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-              Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-              Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
-              Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-              Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
-              Prior internship or coursework experience in digital marketing is a plus.
