Location : Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar Phase V)

Working Schedule : 5 Days, 10 AM – 7 PM (1st & 3rd Saturdays are working)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of seasoned sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics, offering consistent feedback and support.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple industries, including Agro, General Trading, and Shipping/Logistics.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive activities, and market opportunities to shape sales initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.

3. Industry-Specific Expertise:

  • Utilize deep knowledge of Agro, General Trading, Shipping/Logistics, and other key industries to connect with clients using industry-specific terminology and insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align and support sales initiatives.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to drive product and service enhancements.

6. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the team and collaborate with HR to deliver relevant development programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance team capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Education : Graduate or Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience : 15-20 years in sales, with significant experience in product or services sales, including consulting, Agro, General Trading, Shipping/Logistics.


Skills :

  • Proven leadership with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling and complex sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
