Location: Gurgaon, India


Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Sales Operations Manager with rich experience in Salesforce and exceptional communication skills. This role will support our sales leaders, manage sales operations, and contribute to the development and execution of our sales strategy. The Sales Operations Manager will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and have a dotted line reporting to Sr. VP, FP&A.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Administration:
  • Act as the Salesforce admin, ensuring the platform is optimized for the sales team's needs.
  • Manage user accounts, dashboards, and reporting within Salesforce.
  1. Sales Strategy and Operations:
  • Develop and implement sales commission plans.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Support sales leaders with data analysis and insights to drive performance.
  1. Revenue Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with the Sales and FP&A team to create accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  1. Sales Cycle Management:
  • Understand and support the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.


Qualifications:

  1. Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce admin with a deep understanding of the platform.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with sales leaders and senior management.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle and sales operations best practices.


  1. Education:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
