Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proven team leader with a strategic mindset, possessing extensive experience in B2B and B2C sales, and capable of establishing and managing dealer networks across India. This role requires a hands-on approach and a willingness to move into the field to achieve objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth across various sectors.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain a robust dealer network, fostering strong relationships with partners.
  • Conduct B2C sales and manage corporate accounts across pan India.
  • Liaise with Public Sector Units (PSUs) and participate in bidding for tenders.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering from NIT or a reputable college.
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institute with a good score (preferred).
  • 12+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and strategizing sales activities.
  • Extensive experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a track record of selling to corporates across India.
  • Experience in selling to PSUs and bidding in tenders is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to achieve business objectives.
