Job Title: Business Development Manager - Hospitality & Wellness

Job Summary:
Dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager with over a decade of
experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry, driving B2B sales and
partnerships across hospitality channels, including hotels, spas, salons, aesthetic
clinics, and wellness centres. Responsible for expanding market share,
strengthening brand presence, and delivering exceptional value to key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

(A) Strategic Sales & Business Development:
1) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target hotels, luxury resorts,
wellness retreats, clinics, and high-end spas.
2) Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, and convert leads
into long-term partnerships.
3) Manage pricing strategies and contract negotiations to optimize
profitability.

(B) Key Account Management:
1) Build and nurture strong relationships with procurement heads, general
managers, and spa directors.
2) Ensure seamless onboarding, training, and after-sales support for
hospitality partners.
3) Act as the main point of contact for resolving escalations and ensuring
high customer satisfaction.

(C) Product & Brand Representation:
1) Drive B2B sales of premium beauty products, skincare ranges, and
wellness equipment tailored to hospitality needs.
2) Organize product demonstrations, staff trainings, and promotional
campaigns at partner sites.
3) Collaborate with marketing teams for co-branded initiatives and luxury
experiential events.

(D) Market Intelligence & Growth:
1) Monitor hospitality and wellness market trends to identify growth areas and tailor solution

accordingly.
2) Provide feedback to product development teams on evolving customer needs.
3) Represent the company at hospitality expos, wellness summits, and industry conferences.

(E) Team & Operational Leadership:
1) Lead and mentor regional sales executives and coordinators to achieve collective targets.
2) Manage forecasting, budgets, and monthly performance reports for leadership review.

(F) Key Skills & Strengths:
• In-depth knowledge of the beauty, wellness, and hospitality ecosystem.
• Expertise in B2B sales cycles, tender processes, and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive premium brand positioning in competitive markets.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

(G) Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
• Prior experience working with beauty brands catering to hospitality.
• Exposure to international hospitality standards and luxury client servicing.
