Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore for a Senior Sales Manager (Team Lead) in Real Estate at First Door Realty LLP. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, managing client relationships, and providing training and support to the sales team. The role requires active involvement in client meetings, property tours, and negotiation processes to close deals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Developing Sales Strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate Market Analysis and Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Analytics Tools
  • Ability to meet sales targets, work independently, and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred
