**Role Overview: Sales Executive - Real Estate (Bangalore Division)**
We are looking for **highly driven and target-focused Sales Executives** to drive premium residential sales in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, building trust, and closing high-ticket deals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with qualified leads and conduct high-impact sales presentations
- Conduct physical and virtual site visits with potential buyers
- Nurture client relationships with a consultative and solution-oriented approach
- Stay updated with current inventory, pricing, offers, and market trends
- Maintain accurate data and follow-ups through CRM tools
- Collaborate with senior advisors and developers to close deals efficiently
- Be proactive in expanding your client base through referrals and outreach
**Key Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from lead to closure
- Strong understanding of Mumbai’s real estate landscape and project inventory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Proficient in CRM and follow-up management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields preferred
