Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Real Estate Team Lead based in Bengaluru. The Sales Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for managing a sales team, handling brokerage transactions, and overseeing commercial real estate projects. This role involves leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
  • Proven Team Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience in the Bangalore real estate market is a plus
