Qualifications - Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership, with a successful track record. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - In-depth knowledge of the real estate market. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
