Requirements ● Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and upskill sales teams. ● Strategic Sales Execution: Strong B2B sales planning, execution, and optimization skills. ● Customer Engagement: Expertise in relationship -building and upselling to small and medium enterprises. ● Performance Management: Ability to monitor KPIs, conduct reviews, and drive improvements. ● Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi ● Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to challenges. ● Education: Graduate -level degree; MBA preferred. ● Experience: 4+ years in sales with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role. ● Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting dashboards. ● Personality: Results -oriented, self -driven, and collaborative.
