The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. The role also involves analyzing sales data, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds these targets.
