Role Details:
Team Management:
You will lead a team of Program Advisors and push them to achieve their set targets.
Individual Contributor in a Nutshell:
You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the tech industry.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
