If you're a passionate leader with the ability to inspire and guidea team, this is your opportunityYour roleas a Team Lead will be pivotal in shaping the future of our organization andmaking a tangible difference in our clients' lives.Responsibilities/CapabilitiesLead, mentor and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives, providing guidance, support and training to enhance their performance.Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and drive business growth in both new and existing markets.Monitor and evaluate team performance, setting clear objectives and providing feedback to ensure targets are met.Oversee the prospecting and relationship -building efforts of the team, ensuring high standards of customer interaction.Manage and optimize online outreach activities, ensuring data accuracy and effective follow -ups.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.Drive the conversion of inquiries into successful admissions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Handle escalations and resolve complex issues that may arise during the sales process.Oversee payment collection %) processes and ensure adherence to financial protocols.Maintain continued engagement with participants to foster long -term relationships and opportunities.Achieve a mandatory 15% lead conversion rate for the team.Lead by example with a personal conversion rate of 20%, setting the standard for team performance. Role:Team Lead,Iron Lady (;\/span>) Type of Role: FULL TIME (Monday to Saturday) – Remote Experience: 2 -4 years of experience in sales or business development, with atleast 1 year in a leadership role. Salary Range: 4LPA - 6LPA RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field.Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.Experience in inside sales or business development, with a strong understanding of telephonic counselling and admissions.Ability to use social media effectively for outreach and engagement.Strong pitching capabilities and a confident, presentable personality with a positive attitude.
