Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager- Business Development, to lead our growth initiatives in

Chennai, Tirupati, Kurnool, Ongole, Karimnagar & Guntur . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and strong leadership skills. This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, managing referral networks, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient referrals.Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other fertility-related stakeholders.Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and initiatives.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.Represent Oasis Fertility at regional events, conferences, and industry gatherings.Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.

Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or fertility sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic plans.Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Warangal).Familiarity with the fertility industry and related regulations is an advantage.
