Role: Regional Business Head

Location: Chennai, India

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee business operations, including sales, credit, and collection teams
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets and drive growth
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams in the financial services sector
  • Strong knowledge of small ticket loans against property products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving business goals and targets
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Credit in similar product lines, with experience managing operations across two southern states
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus
