Job Summary:
Lead Generation Specialist with experience in outbound sales, responsible for identifying prospective clients, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate lead data using industry-standard tools and CRM systems. Proficient in leveraging analytics to enhance lead quality and drive business growth.
Role & responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients using online databases, LinkedIn, and company websites.
- Execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaign to engage and nurture leads.
- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Analyse data to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Skills:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in lead generation tools , Lucia for leads)
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
