Senior Sales Executive
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for customer service?
We're seeking a talented Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, enhancing customer experiences and contributing to our overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, provide comprehensive product information and address inquiries effectively.
* Sales Promotion: Actively promote sales, promotions and loyalty programs to boost sales figures.
* Inventory Management: Efficiently restock shelves, arrange displays and report low stock levels.
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
* Transaction Processing: Accurately process payments, handle returns and manage customer transactions.
* Security and Compliance: Monitor the sales floor, report suspicious activity if any and adhere to security policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
* 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer service industry
* Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations of taxes and discounts is a must
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
* Problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively
* A positive attitude and a passion for sales
