About The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate for enrolling students to join our Academy. You will be responsible for growing our student base and building strong relations with our existing clients. This role requires a strong flare for sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to generate leads and schedule sales meetings
  • Present and attend inquiries from/to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of taking the various courses at our Academy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers or parents in target clients, nurturing leads and guiding them through the admission process
  • Work closely with the sales manager and other team members to ensure effective sales strategies, coordinate efforts, and achieve sales targets
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
