AstroShaadi™, owned by Admirz , is India’s first astrology platform dedicated exclusively to couples and relationships. We’re creating a revolutionary space where customers connect with experienced astrologers for guidance tailored to their relationship needs. We’re seeking a talented  Sales Executive  to join our team to take this vision forward.

 

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive at AstroShaadi™, you’ll be critical in ensuring our customers and astrologers have a seamless and enriching experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Supervision: Oversee and guide a team, ensuring productivity and effective communication with customers and astrologers.
  • Customer and Astrologer Interaction: Make outbound calls to address customer queries, onboard astrologers, and explain various schemes effectively.
  • Sales Outreach: Pitch new services, convince users about their value, and conduct lead-generation activities to expand our user base.
  • Customer Experience: Act as a problem solver for customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood while using AstroShaadi’s services.
  • Scheme Promotion: Promote various schemes and services to astrologers and customers, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Excel Expertise: Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, create reports, and analyze trends to drive decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English with the ability to articulate and persuade effectively.
  • Experience Background: Must have experience in either BPO , telecalling , customer support or sales outreach and lead generation activities .
  • Excel Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel, including using functions, creating dashboards, and handling large data sets.
  • Team Management: Ability to supervise and motivate a team to meet goals and KPIs.
  • Sales Skills: Proficiency in pitching products/services and convincing clients about their benefits.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A natural ability to empathize with customers and create a positive experience.
