The Role Winvesta is seeking a motivated Junior Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team Job Title : Junior Partnerships Manager Location : Mahalaxmi MumbaiExperience : 36 years
Winvesta is a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to make crossborder payments and investments hasslefree and affordable for Indians. Winvesta is looking for a passionate individual and sharp communicator who is motivated to be a part of a hypergrowth startup. The individual will assist in developing interdepartmental synergies and maximizing the organizations sales potential while working with prospective businesses to build partnerships that enhance digital growth across all spectrums. As a Junior Partnership Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive user acquisition and revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow target strategic partners across industries to fuel user acquisition through corporate tieups
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities for alliances that will result in incremental revenue
  • Understand targeted partners and develop unique value propositions for partnerships
  • Manage endtoend partnership process including negotiating commercials scoping business activities and working with internal teams to drive project plans to completion
  • Source new partnerships and grow existing accounts to achieve monthonmonth growth plans
  • Build frameworks to manage and scale all partner channels
  • Ensure a steady pipeline for B2B partnerships that add value to the deal acquisition strategy
  • Conceptualize and execute covisibility campaigns with brand partners across SaaS BFSI B2B etc.
  • Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships and monitor data to ensure KPIs are being met
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and crossfunctional teams to drive synergies and maximize sales potential

Requirements
  • We are looking for a MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • With minimum 36 years of relevant industry experience with a strong emphasis on B2B partnerships.
  • Having proven experience in the fintech sector with a deep understanding of fintech products and services. Candidates should be wellversed in the current trends and challenges within the industry.
  • Should demonstrate success in handling CXOlevel conversations and building relationships with industry leaders.
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of the partnerships ecosystem and evolving payment landscape.
  • Having outstanding communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Candidate with analytical mindset having the ability to analyze data and metrics to measure partnership performance and drive strategic decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and frugality.
