Executive Assistant to the Dean Role
This is a dynamic position that provides administrative support to the Dean of Mahindra University , a leading academic institution in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the Dean, including calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential record-keeping.
- Communication & Information Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, draft emails, and facilitate effective communication between departments.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in academia or education.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in office software.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information, professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Achieving Success:
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events with precision.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents with accuracy.
- Support projects and initiatives by coordinating tasks and tracking progress.
