About the Opportunity

Crescendo Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving expansion across multiple high-impact sectors, including Corporate Gifting, Payments Gateway, Fintech, Retail, E-Commerce, and Banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, identifying and targeting key industries and market segments.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, maintaining a strong sales funnel and ensuring timely execution.
  • Achieve budgeted individual targets and collective targets of the sales team for digital Gift Vouchers.
  • Drive enterprise sales efforts by establishing and nurturing relationships with major corporations and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demand.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of successful experience in B2B and enterprise sales within Fin-tech/Payment, Gift Voucher, Loyalty, Retail, E-Commerce, etc.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
