Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Director of EdTech Business Growth, based in New Delhi. The successful candidate will spearhead sales strategies, manage key account relationships, oversee sales operations, and lead the sales team to achieve business development objectives. Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, fostering strong client connections, and ensuring efficient sales processes and management.
Key Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Strategic Business Planning
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Business Development
- P&L Accountability
- Leadership abilities to motivate and direct a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is desirable
- Significant experience within the EdTech industry
