Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales in Edtech Sales located in Delhi, India. The Director of Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to meet targets. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of Edtech B2 C Sales
Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations
Experience in Business Strategic Planning
P&L Accountability
Strong background in Business Development
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious sales targets
Experience in the education or edtech sector is a mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
