Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Nashik. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, creating business plans, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage specially in Critical Care Segment
  • B. Pharma/ D. Pharma/ B.Sc (Science) or MBA as additional qualification
